Carly O’Neil is an Ontario-certified secondary educator with experience in social sciences, Canadian and world studies, law and family studies. She has worked with diverse learners across applied, college, university and alternative pathways, fostering inclusive and supportive classroom environments.

Carly is passionate about student well-being, meaningful learning experiences and helping students build critical thinking and real-world skills. She values strong relationships and creating spaces where students feel seen and capable.
