Welcome from the Head of School

Welcome to the HTS Global Online Campus, a not-for-profit, registered charity, with an incredible 42-year history of providing an exemplary educational experience at the Campus in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

HTS is a leader in learning, intentionally charting pathways rooted in personalized, interdisciplinary and competency-framed learning that supports graduates to develop as intellectually agile problem-solvers, with a strong moral compass. The power of personalized learning is not in what we teach or how we teach it — but from deeply knowing and understanding who we teach.

Our Online learner support program focuses on:

  • A sense of community
  • Synchronous and asynchronous learning
  • Guidance counsellor and specialized post-secondary counselling
  • Experiential learning and co-curricular activities
  • Small class sizes and engaging learning platform
  • Reach ahead courses including Advanced Placement (AP) courses

We invite you to join an upcoming virtual Open House to learn more about our program.

Virtual School

Harnessing over 40 years of experience from our physical campus in Richmond Hill, Ontario, our virtual school uses Kumospace, a digital platform where students immerse themselves in personalized learning and can interact with classmates by ‘walking’ through hallways for a tangible learning experience.
