In late October, the HTS community came together to launch an exciting new tradition: the first-ever Fall Sports Fest. This vibrant event celebrated the incredible talent and spirit of our student-athletes while bringing together students, staff and families for an unforgettable afternoon of fun, sports and camaraderie.
The event featured thrilling matches from our soccer, basketball and volleyball teams. The turnout was incredible, with the sidelines and stands filled with enthusiastic supporters donning HTS colours and waving signs. The energy in the air was electric as the crowd cheered on our senior teams, who showcased their dedication, teamwork and impressive skills. Each game was a testament to the hard work of our student-athletes and the unwavering support of their coaches and fans.
Fall Sports Fest wasn’t just about the competitions, it was a true celebration for the entire HTS community. Beyond the action on the courts and fields, there were plenty of activities for attendees of all ages. A lively bump contest on the back tarmac brought out the competitive spirit in students and staff alike. Face painting stations delighted the students, adding a touch of festivity to the day. Great music played throughout the event, setting the tone for a high-energy celebration. Hawkeye the Hawk, our beloved mascot, made special appearances, posing for photos and spreading cheer. A thrilling soccer shoot-out tested the precision and power of participants, drawing cheers from the crowd. 
More than just a sports event, Fall Sports Fest was a testament to the strength and unity of the HTS community. It was heartwarming to see the smiles, hear the cheers and feel the overwhelming sense of togetherness that filled the day. Families, friends and alumni came together to celebrate the spirit that makes HTS so special.
