Rental Spaces

Holy Trinity School is situated in Richmond Hill, Ontario on a beautiful 37-acre campus. We are pleased to offer a variety of spaces available for rent to the community.

We offer exceptional facilities for a variety of activities, from athletic leagues and performing arts events to educational workshops and cultural celebrations.

 

We offer several distinct spaces, each suitable for different types of events.

Location: 11300 Bayview Avenue, offering ample parking and easy access. Availability: Monday to Friday (6:00pm to 10:30pm), Weekends (8:00am to 10:00pm)

Gymnasium

3 full-size gyms. Ideal for Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton or Pickleball. Includes full court, bleacher seating, and scoreboard.

small gym

Gymnasium (small)

1 small gym. Ideal for Badminton, programming for JK to Grade 4 students, training facility, yoga or fitness Classes. Includes a full court. 

tennis court

Tennis Courts

Includes 4 tennis courts for tennis programs.

Includes 4 outdoor grass full-size fields for soccer. 

fitness centre

Strength and Conditioning Centre

Full gym. Includes personal training power racks, Woodway treadmill, ski ergs, rower, sled and a variety of equipment.

dining hall

Dining Hall/Mezzanine

150-200 seated. Ideal for meetings, workshops or small receptions. Includes projector and screen, with flexible seating,

classroom

Classrooms

22 seated. Ideal for tutoring, small meetings or breakout sessions. Includes whiteboards, desk, chairs and internet access.

music room

Music Rooms

60 seated. Ideal for Jazz or Concert Band training. Please note that rental does not include use of the music instruments.

Individual Classes. Ideal for Piano or instrument lessons. Includes piano and noise cancellation.

300 to 360 seated. Ideal for performances, presentations and ceremonies. Includes stage lighting, sound system, and comfortable seating. 

Rental Process

1. Inquire: Contact us to discuss your event details and check space availability for your preferred dates.

2. Tour: We encourage you to book a facility tour to see the spaces in person.

3. Application: Complete and submit the Rental Application Form to Mary Bramley, Facilities Coordinator at bramleym@hts.on.ca  , which includes our terms and conditions. The form can be downloaded here.

4. Confirmation: Once approved and payment is processed, your reservation is confirmed!

5. Deposit: Deposit required at the time of confirmation of space(s) will be 25%.
