They can be purchased using credit/debit card or cash. If purchasing with cash, please bring small denominations to assist us in providing appropriate change.

What happens if it rains on the day of Trinity Fair?

In the case of rain, Trinity Fair will be moved inside!

If this is the case, please enter through the Lower School Entrance. The registration table will be inside the Lower School doors. All activities will be in the gym. Food trucks will be curbside, and the Dining Hall will be open for seating.

Will food be available at Trinity Fair?

Food trucks will be on site with a variety of delicious meals and sweet treats offered for an additional cost. Food trucks will accept either cash or debit/credit card payment.

Trinity Tokens are not valid at the food trucks.

Where can I park?

Please note that this is a full community event, and the demand for parking exceeds the limited parking spaces available on the HTS Campus. Once the school lot is filled, there are a few parking spots available at the Bethel Canadian Reformed Church, across Bayview Avenue from HTS. Kindly park in the marked, available spots only. Failing to do so may result in us no longer having the use of an overflow parking lot for community events. The Bethel Canadian Reformed Church is our neighbour, and our relationship with them is extremely important.

Please note that vehicles parked illegally may be towed at the owner's expense.

You may also find street parking available in the neighbourhood south of HTS. Please respect the parking signs and be aware of the Town of Richmond Hill parking regulations.

Carpooling is strongly recommended.

Will aftercare be available?

Limited aftercare is available because we hope everyone can participate in this fun community-wide event. If you require aftercare from 3:25pm to 4:30pm only, please email Ms Heather MacDonald, Head of Lower School, to put your child on the aftercare list.

What time is Lower School dismissal?

We ask that all Kindergarten to Grade 5 students, who are not on the aftercare list, be picked up at their homeroom by an adult between 3:25pm and 3:40pm.
