Physical and Health Education Teacher
Chris earned his Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education at Nipissing University where he was also a member of the men's varsity basketball team. He then attended York University to complete his Bachelor of Education. For Chris, student experience is at the forefront of his teaching philosophy as he consistently strives to provide an enjoyable and positive learning environment for all of his learners. The role and responsibilities as an educator and coach for HTS proves to be the greatest reward to Chris as he lives out his true passion everyday.
Since his arrival at HTS, Chris has helped lead the U16 Boys Basketball team and Senior Boys Basketball team to CISAA Gold as well as the U14 Girls Soccer to CISAA Bronze. In the summer of 2023 he created Ones Elite Basketball Training program where he works with HTS, USports and Professional Basketball players in skill development. Outside of HTS, Chris enjoys playing basketball, golf and spending quality time with family and friends.
