Step 1: Submit an Application
Create an account to complete your child’s application. Once your application is submitted, a checklist will be assigned to your account where you can upload the supporting documents.
Step 2: Complete Your Application Checklist
After your application has been processed, please log into the Parent Portal to complete the next steps. Detailed instructions for each step are provided in the Parent Portal.
- Applicant photo
- Passport/Birth Certificate
- 2024-2025 Final Report Card (may not be available for JK and SK applicants)
- 2025-2026 Final Report Card (may not be available for JK and SK applicants)
- Term 1 or Progress Report (current school year, required for Early Action/ Round 1 Admissions)
- Term 2 Report Card (current school year)
- Teacher Recommendation Form (must be completed by a current teacher)

Step 3: Admissions Interview
- JK and Grade 1 applicants will schedule an interview through the Parent Portal.
- Due to limited seat availability in SK, candidates are shortlisted and then invited for an interview.
Step 4: Discovery Visit
- JK and Grade 1 applicants will be invited to participate in a Discovery Visit at HTS.
- Students will engage in play-based activities designed to assess their literacy, numeracy, and fine and gross motor skills.
- The Admissions Team will reach out to schedule your child's Discovery Visit.
- All applicants must be available to attend in person.
- SK applicants will be shortlisted and invited based on seat availability.
- Discovery Visits take place in November, December and January (pending availability).
Step 5: Admissions Decisions
- The Admissions Office will communicate admission decisions by email.
