Dr Tracey-Kovacs provides strategic leadership and direction to advance HTS' core priority of establishing a diverse, respectful and inclusive community where there is a strong sense of psychological safety and belonging for all partners in our school ecosystem. By intentionally collaborating with vital partners across the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDI&B) ecosystem, such as the senior leadership team, teachers, students, parents, the Board of Governors, alumni and volunteers, she ensures a holistic approach for cultivating a positive school culture that aligns with our espoused values and strategic aspirations.

Dr Tracey-Kovacs brings over 20 years of experience creating, delivering and evaluating EDI&B programs in academic, corporate, research and provincial/federal government sectors. Her doctoral studies in Mental Health and Well-being at the University of Toronto is complemented by her extensive background in learning and development, program management, data analytics, and human resources.

An accomplished researcher and educator, she has built higher education curricula, taught at the university and college level, and authored or co-authored several peer-reviewed academic publications and books. Recognized for her teaching excellence and impactful training systems, she has received various awards and was highlighted as one of Toronto's most acclaimed speakers on LinkedIn.
