Ms Nadia Warriner

BA (Hons), BEd

Head of Library Services

Nadia Warriner graduated with honours from the concurrent education programme at Queen’s University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Education. She has also completed her Honours Specialist qualifications in both English and Librarianship. Nadia’s teaching career at HTS began in 1999, and over the years she has taught in the Primary, Junior, and Middle School divisions. She was amply qualified to take on the role of Lower School Teacher-Librarian in 2007. She supports teachers and students in staying curious and developing a lifelong love of reading. A field hockey player at the Ontario Provincial level as a teenager, she still enjoys the sport as a coach at HTS. Outside of school, Nadia has a husband, three adult daughters, and a Nova Scotia duck-tolling retriever to keep her busy. Somehow she still finds time to run, practice yoga and (of course) read.
