Where can I park?
Please note that this is a full community event, and the demand for parking exceeds the limited parking spaces available on the HTS Campus. Once the school lot is filled, there are a few parking spots available at the Bethel Canadian Reformed Church, across Bayview Avenue from HTS. Kindly park in the marked, available spots only. Failing to do so may result in us no longer having the use of an overflow parking lot for community events.
The Bethel Canadian Reformed Church are our neighbour, and our relationship with them is extremely important. Please note that vehicles that are parked illegally may be towed at the owner's expense.
You may also find street parking available in the neighbourhood south of HTS. Please respect the parking signs and be aware of the Town of Richmond Hill parking regulations.
Carpooling is strongly recommended!
Will aftercare be available?
Limited aftercare is available because we hope everyone gets a chance to participate in this fun community-wide event. If you do require aftercare, please email Ms Heather MacDonald (hmacdonald@hts.on.ca), Head of Lower School, to put your child on the aftercare list.
What time is lower school dismissal?
We ask that all students in kindergarten to grade 5, who are not on the Aftercare list, be picked up at their homeroom by an adult (or older siblings in MS/SS) between 3:25pm and 3:40pm.
