Take your basketball skills to the next level! Our High Performance Basketball Program is an intensive, five-day training experience designed for highly committed players in Grades 7 to 11 who are serious about gaining a competitive advantage and achieving measurable skill transformation.
This program goes beyond traditional camps to build high-level basketball IQ.
Five-Day Training Schedule
Day 1: Foundation and baseline testing with a focus on ball handling and effort assessment.
Day 2: Finishing and attacking with focus on creating contact and high percentage shots.
Day 3: Shooting and IQ with focus on accuracy and strategic play.
Day 4: Team concepts and defence with focus on communication and rotations.
Day 5: Competition and showcase with a focus on integration and mastery of skills.

Space is limited to 24 athletes to ensure a low coach-to-player ratio and highly focused attention. Spots will fill quickly.
Entry Fee: $875. Early-bird discount of $825 if registered by January 15, 2026; daily lunch and SWAG Kit included.

Pre-Requisites: minimum two years of experience playing on a basketball team (School Team, House, or Rep) and must be born between 2009 and 2013
Every athlete receives an individualized performance report.

Coach Chris Kolar
Led by Chris Kolar, a former USports varsity player with an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, this camp offers unparalleled insight into the game.
Chris’s basketball acumen is evident in his track record, having coached U16 and Senior Boys teams to CISAA Gold. As the founder of Ones Elite Basketball Training, he leverages his advanced understanding of the sport to develop skills for players at all levels, from HTS athletes to USports and professional competitors.

Coach Lindsay Shotbolt
Coach Shotbolt is passionate about blending learning through sport with sport through learning. She is dedicated to preparing athletes for success at the highest level. Lindsay holds a BA (Hons) from Carleton University, where she was a three-time second-team all-star and a member of the all-rookie team in basketball.
She continued her development at York University, earning her BEd while playing on the women's team, where she earned second-team all-Canadian honours and first-team all-star honours, and received the prestigious Tracy MacLeod Award.

Coach Josh Mootoo
Josh Mootoo, a former NCAA Division II athlete, is one of York Region’s most respected basketball trainers and a high-level development coach. Josh has worked with athletes from all levels, including overseas professionals and NBA players. His training resume includes working with athletes overseas and in the NBA G League and NBA.
His commitment to excellence and innovation in basketball earned him recognition as a finalist for the Wayne and Theresa Embry Fellowship with the Toronto Raptors. He currently serves as the Video Coordinator for the Hamilton Honey Badgers of the CEBL, contributing to scouting and game strategy.
Driven and knowledgeable, Josh is dedicated to helping players reach their full potential.
