English Department Head
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario. She holds her CAIS Leadership Institute Diploma from the Canadian Association of Independent Schools. Danielle has been at HTS for over 15 years and began her career in the Lower School before spending the last 12 in the Senior School. As an avid reader with a real passion for books, the English department felt like the perfect fit for Danielle. Over the years, Danielle has served as a public speaking and debate coach, student leadership advisor and publicity for senior school play. She is also currently working in a teaching ed-tech role for Apple Canada.
Danielle resides in Newmarket with her husband Paul and daughters, Emma and Ava.
