A member of the HTS Class of 2002, Heather Churchill earned her Bachelor of Education at the University of Western Ontario. She balanced her studies in English and History with an active student life: she was a member of the Student Council, Student Orientation Team, and the university’s One Act Drama Festival. After graduation, she spent a year in the UK, supply teaching in Bristol before returning to HTS in 2009. Heather is thrilled to be “back home” at HTS. Currently teaching English and drama, she takes pride in watching her students grow into critical thinkers, persuasive writers and confident performers. She is surprised to find herself enjoying co-curricular's as much as she did in her student days. She is involved in HTS drama productions, field hockey, and coaching rugby.
