Jacinth brings 20+ years of experience creating, delivering and evaluating Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDI&B) programs in academic, corporate, and research sectors. Her doctoral studies in Mental Health and Wellbeing at the University of Toronto is complemented by her extensive background in learning and development, program management and data analytics. She has authored/co-authored several academic publications and books and has been honoured with awards and recognitions for her training programs and teaching excellence. 

Jacinth's role is to provide strategic leadership and direction to actualize HTS' priority of creating a diverse and inclusive community for all. Purposeful collaboration with key partners in our EDI&B ecosystem (e.g., senior leadership team, teachers, students, parents, Board of Governors, alumni and volunteers) ensures a holistic approach as we work towards creating a positive, inclusive and equitable school culture where belonging is at the heart of all we do. Jacinth's guiding philosophy is that embracing our uniqueness and valuing our differences enriches us all.
