HTS STEM & Eco Guardians Camp

STEM + Eco Guardians is an exciting, hands-on program for campers ages 7–12  that combines the thrill of STEM exploration with the curiosity and care of environmental discovery, powered by Lifetime Skills Academy. Campers experience a balanced adventure that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and a deeper connection to the world around them. Campers explore science, technology, engineering, and math through engaging hands-on activities such as building structures, experimenting with energy and motion, conducting safe chemical reactions, and designing small engineering projects. Sample STEM projects include creating slime to explore chemical reactions, building popsicle stick bridges, designing mini catapults, or programming simple circuits. Clear instruction introduces each concept, followed by immersive projects so campers can experiment, test, and problem-solve.

In their Eco Guardians role, campers investigate the natural world through indoor and outdoor activities. They grow plants, explore soil and ecosystems, observe insects and local wildlife, and learn about weather, climate, and sustainable energy. Sample Eco projects include constructing small solar-powered devices, building wind turbines, designing mini gardens for pollinators, or creating a terrarium ecosystem. Each day offers a mix of STEM and environmental exploration, providing campers with a fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experience. Families can register for single weeks or multi-weeks, with all equipment and materials provided. This program nurtures curiosity, teamwork, environmental awareness, and a love for discovery—creating a memorable and enriching camp experience for every child.
