Antoinette DeSimini-Caruso has been an active and engaged member of the HTS community since her eldest child began attending the school in 2014. She held leadership roles on the Parent Association, and served as its President from 2021 to 2023. She also participated in various learning teams, and most recently, served as a member of the Equity and Inclusion Sub-Committee of the Board.
With over 15 years of experience in People and Culture across both the public and private sectors, Antoinette has worked with leaders to develop and implement systems, programs and
organizational structures that enable employees to grow and thrive in their roles. Her expertise spans talent management, organizational design, succession planning, employment equity and change management.
