Daniella Kozovski is a licensed Ontario lawyer with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across the public and private sectors. As Chief People Officer & HR Counsel at Treasure Hill, Daniella leads the company’s Human Resources strategy to ensure that its policies, programs, and culture drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and alignment with long-term strategic objectives.

Before joining Treasure Hill, Daniella held senior leadership roles at the Ontario Securities Commission and the Bank of Montreal, where she led cross-border teams in Canada and the United States. Her work focused on complex investigations, litigation, and regulatory compliance in the areas of securities, employment, and corporate governance. She adeptly managed matters with significant exposure to criminal, civil, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Daniella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law & Society, a Master of Arts in Political Science, a Law Degree, and a Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management. She brings a distinctive combination of legal acumen, strategic insight, and people-centred leadership to every facet of her work.
