Executive Director of Advancement

Ms Bianchi leads the advancement team at HTS, where her main focus is building a strong, welcoming school community. She looks after community relations, fundraising, marketing, communications and the archives, working closely with current parents, past parents, alumni and friends to ensure everyone feels like they belong. A big part of her approach is telling the school's story, tying its history to what’s happening today to inspire philanthropic support and keep different generations of the HTS family connected.

Eliza is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with a Certificate in Leadership and Inclusion, combining fundraising experience with a real passion for inclusive, community-driven teamwork. Her background in psychology and mental health, alongside her fluency in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish, shapes her approach to her work. Ultimately, she uses these diverse skills to make sure the school’s outreach honours every voice in the community while bringing everyone together around a shared future.
