Leadership Lab

HTS Summer Leadership Lab empowers students to develop leadership skills to become confident and impactful leaders. This one-week camp, facilitated by HTS faculty, is open for 18 middle students (entering Grades 6-8) who want to foster their independence, collaborate with others, and make a real difference in the community. The program will focus on practical application and reflection, tying all activities back to the core values and the development of the following key leadership skills:  Leading Self → Leading Others → Leading in the Community.

With a focus on core leadership values, students will have the opportunity to develop crucial leadership tendencies which they will be able to put into daily practices. The HTS Summer Leadership Lab will provide participants with impactful opportunities through hands on, experiential learning. By the end of the week, participants will develop essential skills like resilience, empathy, and grit through workshops, activities and various volunteer opportunities.
